    Next, we work on making sense of the assessment data to build a foundation for coaching.

    We co-create an intervention plan to address your goals and needs.

  • 5 Change Thought & Behavior

    You try new things and reflect on what worked and what didn’t and adjust.

  • 6 Account for Learning & Change

    You finish by ensuring new learning and change are integrated into your life and work.
